Notes and Actions

The Notes/Action Items allow you to:

• Create Notes and Action Items linked to Names;
• Allocate Action Items to User Groups and Users;
• View the Action Items and take specific Action thereon.

Action Items can be filtered by

• User Group
• User
• Action Item Status (For)
• Incomplete
• Complete
• Both
• When Due (Days)
• Today
• This Week
• Last Week
• Next Week
• All Previous
• All Future
• All

Users can

• Take Action Items into their own Action Item Lists;
• Return Action Items to the general List;
• Allocate Action Items to other Users;
• Mark an Action Item as Actioned or Complete;
• Add a Note or another Action Item;
• Diarise an Action Item for a future date;
